I went to Shelly at Eclipse Hair Studio for the first time last week and was so impressed! She is such a dear. She really listened to what I wanted, used all of these fun tools I’d never seen before, and succeeded at giving me the exact cut I wanted. She also gave a great scalp massage, used incredible smelling quality natural products on my hair, and we had fun visiting. Highly recommend.

Critical: PunctualityI had a 3:30 pm appointment. She set walk in customer down at 3:25. I waited to 3:30 pm still cuttings hair. I dont see what having a appointment helps. U have to wait in line any way. There was not seating in the shop. No one had mask on. I mean REALLY!!!Service: Haircut

This stylist is a gifted colorist. Having said that, she triple booked my appointment, had a 5 minute phone call during my hair cut (it shows) and a visit with a family member mid-application of product. I love the color – I think it’s the best I ever had. The lack of attention really showed up in my haircut. Ghastly.
