Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis business is loosing $ for their mask mandate that its employees don’t even follow. I brought my 5 kids to get a hair cut and the 2 employees working there didn’t have their mask on, 1 of them had it on her chin. A client who was getting a hair cut did have it on.We all came in with no mask on and the lady tells us we need to have it on. I told her they don’t have it on and she answers but it’s on me (on her chin). These people think everyone is stupid. Rules don’t apply to them, only clients. This business is loosing $ for their mask mandate that its employees don’t even follow. I brought my 5 kids to get a hair cut and the 2 employees working there didn’t have their mask on, 1 of them had it on her chin. A client who was getting a hair cut did have it on.We all came in with no mask on and the lady tells us we need to have it on. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOver priced for poor quality work! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Customer service was horrible and workers were very rude. I went in again today to show them my hair did not turn out the way I wanted it and the lady that did my hair said “what do you want, what are you doing back in here”. I did not come in with an attitude I just wanted half my money back! The “manager” said she couldn’t give me half my money back but could re-die my hair, why would I let them touch my hair a second time if they didn’t do it right the first time. Over priced for poor quality work! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Customer service was horrible and workers were very rude. I went in again today to show them my hair did not turn out the way I wanted it and the lady that did my hair said “what do you want, what are you doing back in here”. I did not come in with an attitude I just wanted half my money back!
