MJ is an absolute gem. She took the time out to explain the services and hair color that would be best for my hair type, despite the fact that I had booked a more expensive service. It’s really refreshing to see such transparency and honesty, because a client may not always know what he/she is asking for. My new look has received multiple compliments. Kendall performed a smoothing treatment on my daughter’s hair and it was amazing. Her curls have never looked better. She also did highlights (in a separate appointment). We have used other hair stylists at other salons but without question, Kendall Batts is the best. I went this past week for the first time after my sister got her hair done here. MJ was incredible and talked me through her thought process of why we should go with a certain color or cut.
