Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI called first to see if they accepted walk-ins or if I needed an appointment. Yes, they do accept walk-ins. When I arrived at 9:50 a.m., the Barber I spoke to told me he had a 10:00 appointment and would see me after. I just needed a shape up, so he took me before his scheduled appointment. When I arrived at 9:50 a.m., the Barber I spoke to told me he had a 10:00 appointment and would see me after. I just needed a shape up, so he took me before his scheduled appointment. If I could give zero stars I would. Such an unprofessional barbershop. They have a sign that says open Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Took my family to get a cut and the staff receives us with a surprised face like we are not supposed to be there or something. He has the audacity to tells us that they are closed, like we can’t read the sign that clearly states they are open. He said he was only cutting appointments he had. Why would you post hours of service and that walk-ins are welcome if you are only going to cut your buddies hair. That was clearly the case. Do not go to this establishment!

Brought my two boys in to get haircuts. Everyone was polite and the shop was a clean environment. They took us right away the wait was not even five minutes. Also discounts are given to honor roll kids/or all A’s it’s free. Both the boys got quick but detailed haircuts..I will become a repeat customer.

Walked in and my son sat for twenty minutes. Two barbers had someone in the chair and one didn’t. Asked me who he was waiting for I said anyone. Best thing to do is to make an appointment. So they Barber that has been sitting there for 20 minutes with no one in the chair can’t cut. Oh he does appointments. Why do you have walk-ins welcome on the door. By the way the Barber shop was empty. My son was the only one waiting beside the to people that was already getting their hair cut.

Nice looking babershop but absolutely horrible customer service. This was my first and and last time going. I try to support folks but I cannot ignore horrible customer service on any level. This establishment accepts walkins, but not one barber acknowledged me or my son or asked if we needed any help (a reoccurring theme I see from previous reviews). One barber sat next to me eating pizza then cleaning aroumd his chair and said nothing. Two other barbers had 1 person in their chairs and said nothing when they were done. We were there for an hour and 10 minutes and not one barber said hello, or even checked the walk-in book that you sign upon entering. We left without my son getting a haircut and will definitely find another shop. We’ve really got to do better fellas. Totally unacceptable.

I started going to this barbershop when I first moved here a couple years ago on the recommendation of a coworker. You can do walk-ins but I would recommend setting an appointment with the barber you want. I started with Leon cutting my hair along with my 3 boys and even on days when Leon could not cut my hair someone at the shop was there to do a good job cutting my hair.
