It was my first and last time going to this Salon. I was calling salons around to see if someone had an opening last minute. I spoke with someone at the Salon and they said they would call me back to let me know. They did and they left me a Voicemail that they had something available and to call them back. I’m thinking perfect I found a spot. I call them back 15 mins later no answer. I thought maybe they went to lunch. Called them a total of 5 times after that no answer. So I left a voicemail stating I heard the Voicemail and was ok with the appt that was left on my vociemail. These calls were all made before 2pm. I go in today, and they said they have no record of an appointment for me. I ask one of the girls working there. If they closed early the day before, she says no there were definitely people here at the Salon. Ok, so you mean to tell me no one heard the Voicemail I left the day before, before 2pm? That is something that is so unprofessional. Update: I ended up speaking to the manager of the Salon she said they were short staffed. But ok, maybe listen to your voicemail before closing time.If you’re thinking about coming to this Salon. I would just make sure that you speak to someone on the phone or in person to verify your appointment. According to the Manager that was the error on my part. But anyway, hope you have a better experience then I did. I’m just going to avoid this business all together.
