This was my first time at Eclat!! The nail artist who did my gel manicure was very friendly, she took her time, asked my opinion on the style. I was very impressed with how carefully and diligently she worked!!! Also I walked in at 5:58pm and paid at 6:26 pm!! Super impressed and will be back! Gel manicures

I took my daughter in to get her nails done and a brow wax. I was charge $93 for acrylic nails with gel polish and a brow wax. Her nails was okay and short but $93? Never again. I use to to go here when they 1st open but they are horrible now with the prices will not be going back! Acrylic nails

The technician put 4 coats of the wrong color polish then the owner came over and put twos coats of the correct color. I told her I was not satisfied with the appearance of my nails she said she will take $5 off my bill. She later said I could come back tomorrow for her to fix my nails, but she’d have to charge me the $5 she discounted me. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016 but never again will I recommend service or be service at this establishment.

My daughter wanted to get her nails done with her birthday money and she was charged $61 for the worst nail job I’ve ever seen. She showed them a picture of the design she wanted after the lady did it three times and continued to wipe it off my daughter just said a French polish is fine. The white gel polish doesn’t even go all the way down to the nail bed. There is just this gap where you can see where the tips were glued on. She got to the car and started bawling because she was so upset. I went in and tried to show them and after being made to feel like it was an inconvenience to fix them we ended up just leaving. Please do not waste your money here!

The tech (I didn’t get her name) worked extra hard on my nails after I had a bad experience at another salon. However, the person who did my toes was a little rude (it was my first time going) she did clean up her work & left polish on my skin. She also cut one of my nails way too short & it hurts so bad. $115? I got a $25 basic pedi, Tiffany said my nails were $50. But $50 plus $25 isn’t right.

Disgusted! I went there 2 weeks ago on a Sunday and of course they were busy. When I arrived I stated that I would like to wait after I was asked. I only needed to soak off my current acrylic set and get a fresh full set. As I was patiently waiting, there was a lady who came in with her daughter who needed a manicure and both her and her daughter pedicures. They were told to return in 30 minutes. She walked in maybe 15 to 20 minutes later with her daughter and were immediately seated in pedicure chairs. I am still waiting. I arrived at 12:20…20 minutes after opening. I was finally seated to have my nails soaked off around 1:35. I sat with my hands in acetone for over 1 hour before they checked on me the first time. While I was getting the parts that had dissolved filed off, a group of three ladies walked in and were immediately seat…then another group of 3. All while my hands were bathing in acetone the 2nd time 5 of the 6 were taken care of. I was asked to move twice so the groups of friends could sit together.. When the “owner” I assume she was, came to take care of my nail she asked if I wanted to keep my nail length which was not much so I said yes. Once she glued the fake nails on and the large globs of acrylic she began to file my nails aggressively, to the point where she sliced open my finger with A NAIL FILE!! She laughed and made excuses such as she didn’t see and that if she would have cut my nails down the glue wouldn’t have gotten on my finger! NO LADY YOU WERE IM SUCH A RUSH AND DIDNT WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME OR WHAT I WANTED THAT YOU RUSHED WHILE YOU CONTINUED TO ANSWER THE PHONE EVERY 5 SECONDS AND TRIED TO MONITOR WHAT WAS GOING ON BY THE REGISTER!! Then had the nerve to laugh it off. Not only did she slice open 1 she sliced open 4.. FOUR…of my fingers!!! I had 3 different people dealing with my nails while everyone else got in and out with 1 tech. She also had the nerve to charge me $80 because “all of the design is extra!” So having to polish over the tip of a matte black nail with a shiny clear cost $80 OR was it the shaky crooked likes on my index finger that cost so much? As a generous person I paid and tipped. I should have followed my right mind and walked out as soon as the others were soaked off. I will not be returning. I’d rather allow my 2 year old to do them!

These ladies take care of my feet about every three months. I get that hot rock pedicure (no color) but most importantly, they cheese grate the hell out of the heels of my sasquatch feet. Would definitely recommend!

It only lasted for 3 days before one chipped and 2 more days before the others. I have never had this problem with SNS.The lady that helped me never spoke to me, hurt me twice (with the sander aka electric nail file as she was rushing around), squeezed my fingers so unnecessarily hard and didn’t shape the nails like I showed her.The nails looked decent but wasn’t what I asked for and didn’t last at all. For SNS polish I paid $39. Very disappointed.I rarely leave a negative review but my experience here was not good and the SNS quality was extremely poor.
