I had my hair cut at this salon in March 2019, and it is June 2019 and I am still suffering the consequences of this terrible decision. I have always had a blunt cut, straight across – NO LAYERS. I just wanted a trim. I specifically articulated this to Hailey, the woman cutting my hair. She nodded and seemed to understand, but then she asked, “Can I ask why you don’t want layers?” I knew it was over then. I watched as she slowly started cutting my hair in small sections, but she continued to assure me that she wasn’t giving me layers. “I’m not a hairdresser, so what do I know!” I thought to myself. The nail in the coffin was when she asked it she could trim up my bangs. I DON’T HAVE BANGS. Well, I have them now. 🙁 I left there while an entirely new hairstyle. I did not receive the trim I had requested. Instead, Hailey did what ever she wanted to my hair. I am still suffering and it will be ages before I have the hair I had before. I will never go back and I warn ANYONE to be wary before trying this place.

This is a great salon, I have gotten my hair done in several salons’ and I can say along with my children which will only go there to get their hair cut, etc, they do a great job and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere is very nice. I recommend this salon highly.
