I have been going here since they opened and can tell you that every single stylist is super-talented, professional and will deliver great results. Candy, the owner, is incredible and will make sure your wants and needs are heard and met no matter what. I recently got hair extensions done by Sierra, and she went above and beyond for me in every way. My hair is exactly how I pictured it because she listened and took the time to make it perfect. You can trust all of these ladies to deliver great results no matter what service you have done. Plus, they are just fun to be around! I used to dread spending time at the salon, but Echo Salon has changed that. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants great hair! Best salon experience ever! I have been going here since they opened and can tell you that every single stylist is super-talented, professional and will deliver great results. Candy, the owner, is incredible and will make sure your wants and needs are heard and met no matter what. My daughter, who is 6, and I see Brianna regularly and she is so incredibly talented. From rainbow hair of all types and colors for me, to a trim and a foil of color for my daughter, she’s gone above and beyond every single time! Candi, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable and just freaking awesome!! Morgan, at the front desk is such a cheerful face to be greeted with, also very knowledgeable! I have been coming here since they opened a year ago. This is my favorite salon that I have ever been a guest at! My daughter, who is 6, and I see Brianna regularly and she is so incredibly talented. From rainbow hair of all types and colors for me, to a trim and a foil of color for my daughter, she’s gone above and beyond every single time! Candi, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable and just freaking awesome!! Morgan, at the front desk is such a cheerful face to be greeted with, also very knowledgeable! I was so disappointed what I was finding in Monument.A friend told me how AMAZING Echo was and I decided to give it a try.At this point I was not sure that I would not be traveling to Castle Rock or the Springs for quality. As a business owner myself, I find it sad that costumer service is a rare find these days. From the minute I walked into Echo I was greeted with a smile from the owner. Her level of customer service was what we all should strive for. Kaitlin’s attention to detail was incredible and you see that she is truly passionate about her career.When I left, I let them know that I would be doing a review.
