Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment the day before the app which was within the 72hour notice rule. I made the app. for a blowout because 2 days before I broke my ankle. The morning of my app I had a compound fracture on my toe. I called the salon from the ER hospital tell them what had happened. Which they didn’t care nor were they willing to work with me. They charged me for the app while I was in the hospital. I made an appointment the day before the app which was within the 72hour notice rule. I made the app. for a blowout because 2 days before I broke my ankle. Critical: QualityMy stylist was very nice on time but my hair did not hold up at all it was completely flat by the time I got home. My daughter also had hers done and her hair was still in this morning 3 days later. I feel like I could’ve done the same job at home. Very disappointing for the price and experience.Service: Hairstyling

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was very motivated to write this review as I have never, ever had an experience in a beauty salon quite like this one. When I walked in, I was immediately and kindly greeted by every employee in there. The owner is absolutely on top of her game and provides excellent, bar none customer service. I moved to OK last year and I don’t have any friends yet. It was the most amazing feeling to not feel like a “client” and to feel like a friend. That is exactly what they provided for me. They were genuine and made me feel very special. The cleanliness is incredible and especially during this time, you want to feel secure. I had my makeup done, waxing and my hair done for my wedding anniversary. They are affordable and the quality for the price is unbeatable. I am not much of a review writer, but excellent customer service and excellent experiences deserve a shoutout. I would encourage every one young and old to go here…. and don’t delay. I was very motivated to write this review as I have never, ever had an experience in a beauty salon quite like this one. When I walked in, I was immediately and kindly greeted by every employee in there. The owner is absolutely on top of her game and provides excellent, bar none customer service. I moved to OK last year and I don’t have any friends yet. It was the most amazing feeling to not feel like a “client” and to feel like a friend. That is exactly what they provided for me. Critical: PunctualityOn Thursday, I made an appointment over the phone for a blow out on Sunday and received a text confirmation soon after. My credit card was also required to schedule, in case I no-showed and they could charge a no-show fee. I was there on time, checked in with one of the stylists and seated. 15 minutes into my appointment I was in the front of the salon, alone, and the stylist who checked me in was in the back with a client. They came out, I was offered a beverage, but nothing about where my stylist was. I asked 25 minutes into my appointment and the stylist called someone on the phone. She then blamed their computers or scheduling software, and told me the stylist would be another 25 minutes. I left.I understand human error, people forget, sleep in, have other responsibilities, whatever. But how long was I going to sit there, alone, without getting any work done, before the stylist who was there, who checked me in and acknowledged my appointment time, working on her client right next to me, realized my stylist wasn’t there??? On Thursday, I made an appointment over the phone for a blow out on Sunday and received a text confirmation soon after. My credit card was also required to schedule, in case I no-showed and they could charge a no-show fee. I was there on time, checked in with one of the stylists and seated. 15 minutes into my appointment I was in the front of the salon, alone, and the stylist who checked me in was in the back with a client.
