I love this nail salon! Customer service is great! The best regular pedicures you can ask for. If you’re getting a pedicure and your fingers done be prepared to wait a while but it’s so worth it!

I came here a few times and had an “okay” experience. However today my friend and I went and they were all over the place. They didn’t fully finish one service when already starting another. The lady I had in particular was slamming things on the floor while giving me my pedicure and it felt very uncomfortable as a client. I would talk and she would ignore me. Another thing that makes no sense is they have SNS colors but no regular or gel to match the hands. I doubt my friend and I will be returning. It was a very bad and overwhelming experience today.

Critical: Quality, ValueWay overpriced- visiting from nyc and i paid $65 for probably the most basic set I’ve ever gotten. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to go over the price (my tech went to wax someone for 10-15 mins while in the middle of doing my nails). I do not recommend going there at all! They don’t know how to communicate correctly. When my mom came in she told them to “watch my cuticles” and she didn’t say anything, no communication. She just kept hitting her cuticles . Also this was the second time going there after just a week of them doing her nails. Her nail’s looked like they were about to fall off as well as some of her nails were crooked. I just do not recommend wasting money on a place where your nails will fall off fast and for it to look old even though you just got it done!

I went there to get acrylics done I pick a color that was a dull green french tip they are all uneven lumpy half my nail is bright neon green, one nail has a hair in it, and one has a whole section of acrylic missing. The person who was doing my nails kept on leaving to go do other peoples nails and to talk to people while in the middle of doing my nails. I also came with my siblings and dad’s girlfriend’s since there was four of us we booked an appointment also because we had other stuff to do we got the the nail salon about 2 left at 6 and most of it was waiting.
