Couldn’t give me a set price on service for hair coloring and told me because of my hair length and that the products they use are exclusive and from italy it could be around 259-300. Then I got a call, they said they were not willing to put bleach on my roots and they would use there own lightener i wanted to see how this would take because of my dark hair, but they were not willing to do test strands . I get a call from the manager Egene, telling me that i don’t know anything about his line of business and that he has over 40 years of experience, and said i’m probably not a good fit for them ! Waste of time, could feel the discrimination in the air .
