Dawn is extremely experienced and over the many years that I’ve been her patient, I’ve never had any problems or issues with any of the many services I’ve received. The entire staff at EC Med makes you feel warm and welcomed, every single person I have personally dealt with has been nothing but amazing. The customer service is top notch. Even if the hours are un-practical, I still choose to come here. Plus, if a business chooses to have certain hours, but provides A+ service, we should respect that. I respect that. I have been coming here for years, and realized I had not given the recognition this place deserves. The entire staff at EC Med makes you feel warm and welcomed, every single person I have personally dealt with has been nothing but amazing. The customer service is top notch. Even if the hours are un-practical, I still choose to come here. Plus, if a business chooses to have certain hours, but provides A+ service, we should respect that. I respect that. Critical: Professionalism, QualityUntil today, I have always ignored the bad Yelp and Google reviews about this place since over 15 years, I’ve had good service here.I was shocked to find this “wellness” service that puts its practitioners a foot away from their customers’ faces openly declaring they were not getting vaccinated or wearing masks.Your freedom of choice ends when it endangers another person and endangers the economy. Until today, I have always ignored the bad Yelp and Google reviews about this place since over 15 years, I’ve had good service here.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI was very disappointed to walk in and see 3 people without masks on. Two customers and an employee at the front counter. I stood as far away as I could and asked if they had a mask requirement and was told that they did not, which is in violation of county health orders. We don’t live in TX. One customer started saying she had a breathing problem… whether it’s true or not my objection. Clearly they had 2 other people without masks. They are supposed to be a medical establishment, after all they have the word medical in their business name. If they cared about the safety and health of their customers, rather than just making $$, they would be requiring masks and take the customer with health issues to a private room where they can conduct business rather than 2 maskless people facing each other at the counter. SHAME ON THEM. This is complete hypocrisy.
