I made an appointment on Friday June 3, 2022. To hold my spot I had to put $40 down via cash app, venmo or zelles. I sent it that same day via cash app to reserve my appointment for Sunday June 5, 2022 with Sandy. This was my first time visiting this place. I went here because of the reviews. However, to my disappointment, when I arrived I was asked if I could come back in a hour because she was running behind, I stated no. She asked if I could come back Monday, I stated no I would be out of town. She said can I come on Tuesday morning, I said yes at what time, she said 9:15 a.m. I took time off work, showed up early and no one was there except 2 females and 1 male who works on the nail side. I tried texting and calling no answer. One of the ladies who worked in the nail section called her and she answered right away. Long story short she wasn’t there. I did not get my hair done. I will say it was very unprofessional how this situation was handled. I personally will not go back nor recommend this place to anyone. I would like my $40 refunded because no service was given, just a waste of my time, my work hours and gas money. If it was possible to give a zero that’s exactly what I would have rated the service here.

She charged me $150 for my daughter’s lemonade braids and they looked like the 10 yr old next door did them and I paid her $25. $150 is too much to spend for a hairstyle that the owner can’t perfect. This place should be shut down. I hope the owner doesn’t make another penny off people. If you want your hair braided do yourself a favor and DON’T GO THERE.
