Critical: QualityMy daughter is a student in the area and was in need of a wash and style. I read the reviews and looked at what I could find on the internet and the salon was presented as one with experienced stylists and an upscale environment. For us, going to a salon and paying $50 dollars for a wash should not feel like you are going into one of the chain walk- ins. First, her hair was packed with grease and had to be washed as soon as she got home. Secondly, the stylist Michele did not take a bank card and wanted to cash app. My daughter had no problem leaving to find a bank and return, yet the stylist freaked out. Thirdly, I truly understand that with COVID, children are not in school, however two children were playing in the salon while clients were receiving services. Coming to the salon should be a calming experience. There are many African American students in the area and they are in need of a quality salon to provide hair services. I so wanted this to be the one we would continue to support. I’m leaving this as constructive criticism so that the issues I described can perhaps be addressed and we can continue to support you. My daughter is a student in the area and was in need of a wash and style. I read the reviews and looked at what I could find on the internet and the salon was presented as one with experienced stylists and an upscale environment.
