I went to Sofi on 1/13/23, I called to get my hair done on that Friday and she was able to fit me in. I was astonished by her doing that for me since it was my first time going to that establishment. First of all she was very pleasant And friendly as well as everyone else including another customer. I wanted Lemonade braids and I have long thick hair and she was up for the challenge. It only took 2 hours and when I say it is nice and neat is an understatement. She did a beautiful job and I love it. So needless to say Sofi is my hair stylist from now on. Great job from Nicole

Took my daughter for butterfly locs on Wednesday. Thursday while on her field trip her braids were falling out. By Thursday night they were all slipping off. They slid right off her 30 plaits. Paid $200.00 and provided hair. Talked to Sophie on Friday morning she said come in went in when the stylist came in who did my daughters hair came in she told me she would charge to redo because we shouldn’t have taken them out. Got box braids today had two ladies on my head they were done in 5 hours, they did it exactly the way I wanted and took their time. Normally I’ll have something to complain about lol but I left satisfied. The place was neat and clean and they also have examples of sizes you want also provide hair, and have colors everything was great don’t hesitate just go!!

My first time ever getting braids and I must say that I love love love them. The young lady that did my braids I can’t remember her name but I must say that she is awesome. The entire staff is awesome. All 3 ladies are very nice polite and friendly. Very professional. The establishment very clean. This was my second time visiting here after my normal shop recommended them. I can say I’ve never had an great experience here. However, I did have an okay one today. My appointment was at 9 am which I arrived before time to bed told I had the wrong hair and needed to purchase the hair they had….no problem. Well, they gave me the worst braider EVER. She moved at the pace of a snail (she’s young) and constantly pushing/pulling my head different directions like a mean mom. My neck was hurting from tug of war. The only thing that saved the appointment so that they received 3 stars is I began to have muscle spasm in my back really bad. At that point, it’s 3:30 and 4 people on my head. I was sweating bullets and in tears from the pain. I still needed a 1/4 of my front done but they had me out by 4:20. I appreciate their immediate help and assistance when I was in pain. I may return to give them one more chance with a different braider when I need my hair redone.
