Hot Stone Massage
Smooth Basalt stones are heated and used to massage you from head to toe. The therapeutic effect of heat is used to relax muscle and soft tissue more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the heated massage stones provide a unique experience many find to be calming and centering.		From $50.00
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses more advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular therapy and Myofascial release to relieve severe tension and dysfunction in both muscles and connective tissue. It is also a good option for those who prefer deep pressure throughout the session.		From $50.00
Chair Massage
Chair Massage provides a great option for people on the go. This service is performed with the client fully clothed in a designated chair massage room. A specially designed chair supports you as the therapist works on the muscles of your back, neck, shoulders, and arms. (30 minutes only)		$35.00
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the needs of expecting women. Your specially trained therapist works to help relieve the stress & pressure experienced by expectant mothers. This massage is delivered in the side-lying position using pillows to support you and maximize comfort.		From $45.00
Couples Massage
Two tables in a large room await you for a relaxing respite with a friend or a romantic escape with your significant other. You will each receive an Integrative massage provided by two of our wonderful massage therapists. You may upgrade to Deep Tissue for $10 per person, per hour.		From $90.00
Pep In Your Step
This delightful service starts with a refreshing salt scrub infused with peppermint and other essential oils. Then your feet will be wrapped in hot towels, and wiped clean. Then to finish, you will receive a thorough lower leg and foot massage with our rich body butter.		$45.00
Head, Neck, Hands, and Feet
This service can be booked as an added service or a stand-alone session. Your therapist will take an integrated approach, incorporating multiple techniques to address tension on these specific areas, finishing with Extreme Foot Cream on your aching feet.		$45.00
Integrative Massage
A relaxing full body massage using a blend of long flowing strokes and focused techniques to relieve tired muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. This massage will allow you to slip into a calm peaceful state.		From $45.00

The place itself is really cozy and inviting! They have a tearoom that is a lovely place to take a minute before going back to the world. It’s a dealt cute touch. I was lucky enough to get Sarabeth, and she was fantastic! Extremely personable yet, professional! She had such a warm personality and made me feel comfortable immediately! I will 100% be back. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever received!

We booked 6 people for massage sessions for a bachelorette party. Ebb and Flow worked with our bookings easily. We had some accommodations that needed to be met and the the staff were happy to help. Ebb and Flow has a nice set up, a calming atmosphere, and lovely staff. My particular therapist was Adam and he was great. I had an hour long integrative massage with him, and I’d drive another 2 hours back just to get another one. I’d highly recommend Adam and Ebb and Flow to anyone!
