I made an appointment for 12 pm on a Friday. Firstly I used GPS to find the place. There is no way to know you’re there unless you check every door and look in windows. It wasn’t until I saw the name on the mailbox in the small doorway I knew I was there. I called 10 minutes ahead of time to even make sure I was in the right place. I tried to open the door to go in, but it was locked. I was still 5 minutes early, so I waited until 15 after 12. I double checked my email and my phone voice mail but I didn’t get anything saying my appointment was canceled. No one ever showed up. I will not return my business to this place. Why wouldn’t someone at least reschedule or cancel. Truly a joke.

Flannery always does an absolutely beautiful job on my lash extensions every single time! She has also laminated and tinted my brows as well as lifted and tinted my lashes- both ending with stunning results! All of these services have been game changers for my morning makeup routine! She is always educating herself on new techniques and services! Flannery is very professional, responsive and just all around fun to be around with great conversation! She’s just a wonderful human. She has a gorgeous location on downtown Eau Claire with on site parking! I highly recommend Eau Claire Beauty Bar and Flannery!
