I have tried for weeks to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax. Every time I’ve called I always get the same response. “Our girl isn’t in and we don’t know when she’s next available” or “leave us your name and number and she’ll call you back”.

Do not go here. This is my experience. I called to make an appointment (my first) but phone rang and no answer. I tried the next few days to get thru but no answer. I decided to walk in and make an appointment. I told the owner why I was there and that the phone would ring and no one answered. Of course she gave me a bull line that maybe I was calling at off hours. Of course I wasn’t. She took my name and number and promised me she would have someone named Tara call me asap. 5 days later no phone call. I tried to call there again. NO ANSWER!! No surprise there! I called another hairsalon and they were amazing and had excellent customer service. This place is awful. Terrible service and you obviously arent treated with any respect. I would avoid this place because they don’t care and there are so many amazing places you can go where the people are caring and thoughtful. This place just isnt one of them. I would not give them a star at all but had to be able to post this. . They are not deserving.

Sara does my hair and she does an amazing job! Different stylists have always had a hard time getting my hair the right blonde without the brassiness and Sara’s the first stylist to get it right. She explained the process to me and got it to the color I wanted it without destroying my hair. Recently, I wanted to try out the gray hair trend and I lovvvvved how it looked! Whatever I ask for, I walk away with a professional look that makes me love my hair again! I’m due for another cut and color and I just know I’m going to walk away excited for my color again!
