I recently went to Liquavida. My son is suffering from a condition that requires iv treatments that they provide. The main Dr and medical director assured me that they would be able to take care of my son even though they do not normally work with children. I was extremely excited because we have not had much luck until then. It was a Friday, and I made my appointment for the following Wednesday. I showed up with my son Wednesday morning. While I was waiting i could sense something was wrong. The staff, who were pleasant told me that they could not see my son. The reason i am writing this review is not that they would not see my son, it was the manner in which the medical director handled the situation. He did not call me to inform me. He just changed his mind. We wasted almost a week that i could have been researching other avenues for treatment. When i asked to speak to him on the phone, the staff called him again and this time he hung up on them. He has still not tried to contact me. If i ran my business this way i would be out of business.

i love my experience I went to get my iv vitamin and the nurse that was there placing it was soooooo sweet and very informative also the front desk was very kind and helpful with every question i had . Great place and pleasant experience
