A few friends referred me to Leah at Eastside Skin and Laser. I made an appointment for Botox and filler. My appointment was at 1:45 and she came in the room by 2:15. Honestly I didn’t mind waiting, especially if this woman is good. She talks to me about the Botox I was getting then proceeds to inject me. I was wondering why she wasn’t numbing my lips while she was injecting me. So when she’s done with Botox she says “I don’t do filler on the day I consult”. What??? I’m not new to filler or Botox. I’ve been getting it done for years. I’ve never heard of coming for a consult for filler than coming back to get it. So needless to say I only got one service done even though my appointment was for two. I would have never went to her if I knew she was only doing my Botox. I don’t have time to waste to go to multiple appointments for something that should be done in one appointment. She didn’t do this to either one of my friends when they went to her. She was running behind, and decided to inconvenience me and lie so she wouldn’t get so backed up for the rest of the day. I only tried this person because she came recommended and was closer to home. I have to say, I’ll stick with who I usually go to even if it’s a bit of a drive. They are definitely more professional, and I have never had to deal with this.

I bought Latisse that says ” Professional Sample-Not for Retail Sale” I called Allergan and they said they said they are not allowed to sell these, they are samples given to them. I have bought a least 6 of these. I tried calling because one of mine is expired and they will not or have not returned my calls I would never have expected this from this establishment. It seems it would have been easy to just replace it, even if it was with another free sample What to do now? Who should I call to take up the issue that they are selling products not for retail sales. All I wanted is to have it replaced, wouldn’t that have been the easiest and most honest thing for them to do. I didn’t put hate because that’s just to strong of a word mostly I am disappointed with them. I don’t think any of you would want to be out $110.00.
