Nice people but i wouldn’t go back here for acrylics unless desperate. I don’t think their nail equipment is sanitary or clean. Be wary of getting fungal under nails after refill.. They are really good at pedicures :). Acrylic nails, Pedicure

This was my first time in this nail salon. I just happen to be in the area and wanted to get my nails done for Christmas.I had the pleasure of having the owner, Jack, do my gel manicure. He was very pleasant and did an amazing job. Aside from that, I took notice that the clientele that came in and out we’re all very friendly and happy. They all seem to have been coming there for a long time. Good client retention.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy acrylics lasted a week before they are falling off. This salon is overpriced for the poor job they do. My nails were not filed properly and I keep having to ask for my tech to fix her mistakes but the end result was just bad. They are falling off and it’s been a week. My nails were not filed properly and I keep having to ask for my tech to fix her mistakes but the end result was just bad. They are falling off and it’s been a week. Went and got my nails done two days ago and they are fantastic!! I love them especially the color, the guy who did them was very nice to me and asked me the same questions twice which I didn’t mind cause I know he just wanted to make sure so he didn’t mess up and I really appreciate that. This was my first time there and their prices and service is amazing! I’m defiantly going back here.

This was my second time going to this salon. The first experience was not good but the man tried to correct the problem. I went back after a week the gel polish peeled off two of my nail. I explained to him that I wanted the same gel polish color that I had previously, he assumed that I just wanted him to fix the two nails, I told him I needed it all done over because the woman polished it too thick and bulky. He said he would have to charge me, I explained to him that I wasn’t looking to get a free service he then talked with the other woman in the salon and said, she said ok. ♀️ I didn’t really know what he was talking about but I just went along with it. He rushed through taking the gel polish off which was able to peel right of on some of the other nails, then he began to drill my nailbed, not soaking it and doing the normal procedure when getting a gel manicure. I just assumed this was how they did it. When I notice that I may need another coat to even the color he just lost it. The way he treated me was horrible and very rude and when he was done he flagged me out saying your nails dry. The top coat of the gel polish was all over my nails he didn’t clean around the nails to make it look neat. So I asked can he at least clean it he kept making it like I was being unreasonable when in actuality I was being patient through out this whole ordeal. And to think that I was still willing to pay him for his service. He walked away and just left me sitting there. No one else even came over see what was going on. They need to work on their people skills. And not to say customers are always right but be willing to hear them out so that the problem can be fixed and maybe just maybe they may come back.

Seriously, terrible experience! The lady lied to me and my co-worker witnessed for my client need to cut and polish her nails. She told me the price and I thought the price was reasonable and then I told the lady if she could add the dots on the nails for my client but she never mentioned or warned for the price add up. She smiled and didn’t say anything to us. After she finished her job for my client’s nail and then told me how much all the total is. It was a lot of money. I asked her why she didn’t say anything or warned me. She said I never ask for the price. I told her it’s her job supposed to let her clients to know and make sure clients satisfy for the budgets. That place is nice and clean but price not good. They don’t show the price also most of nail polishes are old.
