Grossly unprofessional. Family members and myself have been going there over the years. Store was completely empty and Hector was playing on his phone when I entered. Explained my cut and went to sit in the barber chair. Hector proceeded to speak in a clown/child’s voice and began to cuss at me and yelled for me to leave in a aggressive manner. This experience seems to not be the first time happening according to his reviews. I will never return again. To treat a longtime customer in that manner with absolutely no reasoning is alarming. Hector could have been having a bad day, but to run a business in this nature is downright disgusting. I have lost all respect Hector and Eastlake Barber Shop. Disgusting to treat anyone in a threatening manner like that. I feel bad for this sad man. Will never return or recommend.

Got my sons hair cut here Hector did a wonderful job paid attention to detail and he is quick in my sons words (he is 15) “it felt like he was confident in what he was doing n I want to come back” now calls him “my man Hec!” so I do believe we found a permanent barber for my son!
