Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy first haircut here was around 6 months ago. It was supposed to be with a male barber, but I was passed off to a lady who allegedly had years of hair styling experience though was new to barbershops. She proceeded to give me not only the worst haircut ever it also included cutting me about 5 times on my chin while she was shaving me. I chalked that experience up to hey the business was busy and she was the only available hand. However, decided to come back in today and give it another shot with another appointment. I sit down because their is no official sign in process and am not acknowledged the entire time I’m there. Get there at 8:25 for my 8:30 “appointment” and had to walk out at 8:48 because I wasn’t sure they were ever going to get to me. At the time I left their was 3 barbers there who had no customers in their chairs hmm maybe one of those guy’s was my barber. As I am walking out the door I ask the barber by the door if they have a special check in process and he tried to get me with someone. By that time though more than 30 minutes of my time was wasted all for nothing. I can get great barber services while traveling extensively for work, but can never find a great place locally. Trust me I believe in small businesses and wanted to live this place soo much. I guess for me it’s still SuperCuts, SportsClips, or whatever chain place that’s available to me here in LA because at least they keep appointment times. My first haircut here was around 6 months ago. It was supposed to be with a male barber, but I was passed off to a lady who allegedly had years of hair styling experience though was new to barbershops. She proceeded to give me not only the worst haircut ever it also included cutting me about 5 times on my chin while she was shaving me. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueAward-winning professionalism, quality, and service! I’m very impressed with my haircut. It’s the best I’ve ever gotten. Chris took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a chill atmosphere and a great cut. Chris also did a great job on my 2 year old’s hair despite my son acting up pretty badly. He made sure the job got done and he did it well!Award-winning professionalism, quality, and service! Award-winning professionalism, quality, and service! I’m very impressed with my haircut. It’s the best I’ve ever gotten. Chris took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a chill atmosphere and a great cut. Chris also did a great job on my 2 year old’s hair despite my son acting up pretty badly. I walked in I told the young man who was going to cut my hair that I wanted a very light trim, and he proceeded to scalp me. He trimmed the hair on the sides of and back of my head so short that I told him to stop and told him not to cut any off the top. I paid for the haircut and left and will never go back. And to top it off they charged me $30 for the absolute worst haircut I’ve had in my life. I only wish that I could give zero stars.Service: HaircutDo not use this so-called Barbershop. Do not use this so-called Barbershop. They’re not barbers they’re just people who put guides on Clippers and then ruin your haircut. I walked in I told the young man who was going to cut my hair that I wanted a very light trim, and he proceeded to scalp me.
