I decided to explore my community nails but they were open according to the sign but the door was locked. I called and no answer. The lady was looking at me but didn’t unlock the door. I’m not sure what happened today

If I could give it no stars I would. One nail tech and she doesn’t schedule herself out well. I planned to get my nails done at 4:30, called and made an appointment only for her to be doing someone else’s acrylics. I wasn’t upset until she told me it was cash only, I went to an atm and got cash (that’s not hard). She stops doing the acrylic set for this very nice women and continues onto my nails. I have gel on them and she immediately says they’re acrylics and she’s going to have to charge a 5$ removal fee?? I have never experienced that for gel on natural nails, so I asked why if it’s just gel on my natural nail, she said if I didn’t want to pay, I could go somewhere cheaper. So I left, zero out of five stars.
