I’m sorry I don’t have a favorable review. My husband and I went for an hour foot massage – was asked to pay upfront and in cash. That made me uncomfortable but we decided to go anyways. When checking in I told her that my husband and I were here for the appointment – she looked at me and said, “that’s not your husband, you’re too old for him.” I said, excuse me? that is my husband! She said no, no, he’s too young for you. My husband and I were both in shock. I thought, okay she’s just rude but maybe the services will be good. Nope. The place looked dirty – missing floor tiles, dingy back area. The foot massages were awful and my husband said that his therapist kept doing something weird with his toes. Save your money and find a different place.

We are in from out of town and we scheduled an appointment for 11:30. We arrived early, There was three of us, they seemed confused when we arrived, kept asking us if we want the combo, back and feet. We scheduled a full body massage, so not sure what the “ Combo” was, thought maybe we were getting a drink or fries with the massage. They put us in a room with reclining chairs for 25 minutes. The employees kept walking by the room and poking their head in the door and chatting amongst themselves. I finally walked out and asked when we were having our massage, not sure if it was taking place on the recliner’s or what. She pulled a few men out of what appeared to be their break room and put us in rooms. The massages each of us received was very strange, being a seasoned recipient of massages, their “ style” was more like a hard rub, beat down. Very sporadic. Not therapeutic at all. Left the doors open, took a call on cell phone.

Came in today for a 30 minute chair massage. They tried to up charge me to a 60 min massage multiple times even though I declined. during the massage I asked to add on a scalp massage and she basically told me no I had to get a 60lbs. Inside there’s a written out sign telling you how much to tip. She brought me water at the front after my massage and specifically asked me to tip her. I said ok on card and she said oh cash is better……very very money pushy. As a customer it was extremely uncomfortable.
