I went in for a massage on my birthday, and it was the best present ever. The only regret I have is that I didn’t have time to stay for 90 minutes. The massage was firm, yet very relaxing. I had a lot of “kinks” that needed to be worked out, and when your body is tight, it can seem a bit discomforting when one spot is worked on for a significant amount of time, but for me, “it hurt so good!” The pricing is great and I was very pleased with the service.

I went into regency to try out New You and loved it. After that they asked if I’d be going next door and I’m on a “treat to self” roll. So I went. It was $60 for a full hour. 40 minutes body. 20 minutes feet. The man who massaged me had very strong hands and was not afraid to put pressure on me which was nice. I’m a small person but I love a firm massage. It was very relaxing and the music was nice. The rooms are separated by cloth but it works with the vibe of the place. I feel much more relaxed after my visit. The man who massaged me noticed how night my upper back was and really worked it out.

I have been going here for years. It is wonderful. Please be aware: this is not a “relaxing” massage. It is more like acupressure — and honestly, sometimes it hurts a bit, but it is worth it. I have gone in there so many times after a pinched nerve or an accident and they put me back together again. If you are looking for a spa type of experience, you won’t get it here. But if you have pain, you will come out feeling 100% better. Ask for “Mike” is he amazing. Highly recommend.

Went in for a 20 minute massage for the first time today somewhat pleasant but I can feel the pressure as she massaged my lower back. I know I needed work on my shoulder that was fine with the pressure but my lower back is very sensitive and I kept saying it hurts.

The massage I received was really painful. I researched it: it is not support to hurt. While the lady was very nice, it wasn’t a great feeling to get a massage.
