The female massage therapist was kind, but my 2 stars rating is for the overall experience and warning to females. I believe the man was the owner of the shop, or part of management who saw me and my friends waiting in the front. When he approached us we had an unpleasant feeling that we were being sized up. My friend was given particular uncomfortable attention that made us all feel uneasy, but we brushed it aside thinking he was just being attentive. The whole time in the back of my mind I kept feeling like something was off. It was confirmed when I was walking out of my room the same man was peeking in a room where a client was being serviced. None of the massage therapists seemed to be surprised, like this was normal. This is a violation of privacy and I’m sure the client was unaware and and faced down. I’m not sure if he did the same to us, but that just means the massage therapists could work with the man in service. There were also many moments when the therapist left me in a certain position and stepped out the room (maybe items), and I could tell she didn’t close the curtain. I’ve had full body massages before and tried this place for the first time and never had this feeling before. Please take this review in consideration. It’s worth paying a few extra for a good massage therapist with an environment that makes you feel safe.

This used to be a good place. My fiancé and I chose the 60 min foot massage ($35) + 60 combo ($50). When we were done, the lady charged us $100 and when we asked about it, she said “I thought you said two combos?”, so we paid it.

I probably not going back here again. I have never seen employees lining up in the checkout front to ask for tip. Have never seen such thing until stepping into this place lol. By all mean the service was depending on who is your service giver. My wife had a horrible woman who only touched or feel around the body. She didn’t do much. Shockingly after we were finished, she was the one who asked for more tip. Demn. I’m fine with tipping if the service was good but with this service? You are lucky that I didn’t ask to get my money back or compensate my lost time.

Worst place ever! My friend and I went today, she purchased the foot massage for 30 minutes paid $15, I purchased the mini body massage for $30 for 30 minutes. Both massages were mediocre the bathrooms were filthy. At the end of the massage we each tipped $3.50 and they insisted upon being tipped $5. Who insists upon the amount of a tip very tacky and low class. We will never ever go again. I suggest checking out other places before going here. We didn’t argue over the extra $1.50, maybe they’ll use it to buy some bleach for the nasty bathrooms.

Arrived and asked for the listed 60 min foot massage for $20. The lady tried to get me to do the 30 body and 30 min foot. I said no I only want the 60 min foot. She said okay. She showed me to the area. The lady got my hot water ready. I soaked my feet. Then a lady came and started massaging my face and head. I said I didn’t want body. She continues to massage my shoulder and neck. Then she tried to upsell me for the foot scrub. She acted like it was included in the price when I fact it was $10 more. I said no. She said it’s good and just smiled. I said no. She then proceeded to massage my feet. Out of the whole experience I only got a foot massage from 1:50-1:20pm. I said a $3 tip and she laughed and told the man at the front. He told me I have to pay $5-$10 because she did a good job didn’t she? I said she did but I didn’t get a 60 min foot massage. I paid $25 and left. Rip off. Even though she did a decent job she didn’t do what I asked and what was advertised on the price list as soon as you walk in. Then on top of it telling me what I must pay for a tip. A tip is the customers choice. Will not return.
