Called to schedule an appointment for a couple of skin conditions . 1 being above my eyebrows, the other being on my shoulder blade. I was told they were not seeing these conditions until the fall . God help them if they turn out to be cancerous. I will find another practice that really cares about their patients. Obviously this one doesn’t.

Everytime I come hear for my skin problems and then accutane especially with the side effects they want to make me wait a hour I always come in early I wasn’t expecting them to say you weren’t scheduled then make you wait a hour and a half this isn’t the first time and me and my grandmother asked if they were gonna see us she went back there for 15 minutes and came out and didn’t say anything so we said we’re leaving ridiculous if you have problems with the medication!

I have terminated as a patient in this office for the following reasons: I got a reminder that It was time to be seen by my doctor but cannot get an appointment for 6 months… When I called trying to get an appointment I always had to leave a voicemail… The office staff is uninformed about simple basic information and they do not seem interested in helping you. I tried to talk to an office manager about my concerns but after leaving three voicemails during a busy work day was not able to touch base with her.. I’ve been hearing in the community about some of these problems but now I’m experiencing them myself.. healthcare should not be this cumbersome.

Called for an appointment. Was told I had to wear a mask or my appointment would be canceled. I asked for the name of the chief doctor so I could write and express my displeasure since I have a medical reason for not masking and it is against the law for them to inquire about my medical condition. They refused to give me the doctors name. Read that again, they refused to give me the doctors name. I will NEVER use this office again.
