I went here for my first time ever getting lash extensions, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The whole time she was applying them I was in pain which I thought maybe I just had sensitive eyes or thats just what it’s supposed to feel like. I just got a fill at another lash place and there was absolutely no pain at all. The new lash lady said that the previous lady had glued the lashes to my eyelid, which is not supposed to happen. I definitely do not recommend getting lashes done at East Valley Threading and Waxing, I haven’t gotten any other services done there and frankly, I’m scared to.

my friend went to get eye lash extensions for the first time, & asked me to go with her. her appointment was at 1:30, we got there at 1:20. Shokuroh, the lady who runs this place, had another client with her at that time. we ended up not going into the room until 2:00. that was strike 1. when we got in there, she asked my friend to see her lashes, and told her to go wash her face off in the bathroom and to “hurry up because she only had an hour.” that was strike 2. she ran 30 minutes into her appointment, which wasn’t our fault. she then looked at my friends lashes and charged her an EXTRA $30 because she “has more lashes than normal.” mind you the groupon my friend purchased was for a FULL SET. she never gave details on the price varying due to the amount of lashes. she was extremely rude and unprofessional. answered her phone during the appointment, she made it very hard to be comfortable. when we were done she snagged my friends debit out of her hand & said “give me that.” i am shocked at the fact that this lady’s business is still running. not only did she completely rip her off, but she had the WORST customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! if i could rate 0 stars i would!

She does the best job at eyelashes. I have tried chains before and they’re horrible. She is so meticulous and makes them look so pretty. I highly recommend her. Plus, she’s just really nice.

I thought she was sweet! I liked the way my eyelashes turned out, She didn’t have much to work with when it comes to my own eyelashes they are broken and short but she did a good job and now they look natural and pretty!

If I could give no stars I would, I contacted this business to get lashes done for a wedding, she initially said she couldn’t see me around 11 but could see me around 9:30 on Saturday, until she heard what I paid on groupon and decided to lie saying there was an emergency and she could no longer do it now. So an emergency happened in 5 minutes from the time we started texting to the time she found out how much I paid. Why be on groupon if you wont honor the service price on their website. And to lie on top of that shows what type of person and business owner you are.

Horrible customer service and work… if I could give her a 0 star i would… My lashes look uneven and she did what she wanted to them, used a one size-fits all approach… she had all the lashes on a little table, they looked like a pile of puv… hair…. my eyes are still sore from her lash application, she kept poking me and was very ungentle…. I don’t want other people to experience the same horrific experience, go somewhere else, you’ll thank me later. BTW this is the first time I have felt the need to write a review, this is my first time and I have taken the time and effort to do so because I strongly believe people like this lady should not be providing this kind of services or be in business to begin with. Save your eyes, skin and money and go to a real salon. You’re welcome.

I was accidentally 15 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway and she was a complete winch about it. I had been letting her know via text messages where I was and instead of calling me she let me drive 40 minutes out of my way to be told we have to reschedule. Horrible customer service skills and I wouldn’t recommend that type of customer service to anyone. She talked about her time being precious and valuable but didn’t think of anyone else’s? I’d rather have someone who likes their job, not some rude, mean lady.

This is in office number 35 in a place called salon boutique. I have had my eyebrows thread before but this has been the best so far. It has been the least painful threading ever. I would recommend her any day!
