Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this salon for a haircut and highlight with use of a Groupon. Just as an FYI…. This particular Groupon (labeled haircut and full highlight) was not all inclusive for fees associated with this service and the salon charged me an additional $20 for a toner. I left the salon with my hair still wet (the stylist was running behind – she asked if she could leave it wet and I told her it was fine, so I’m not upset about that). However, this prevented us from seeing the ending color of my hair. When I got home, it had dried and I realized the bottom of my hair was still very warm and the top was very icy. I called to see what could be done and sent in photos. The receptionist informed me that it would be $45 to correct their mistake. I indicated that I would have to think about it. She called back to drop it to $20. I declined. I had already paid for the toner and didn’t feel it was appropriate to charge me again for their mistake.UPDATE: I went elsewhere to have it fixed. I required a full low-light and full highlight as well as a toner to fix the mistake. I went to this salon for a haircut and highlight with use of a Groupon. Just as an FYI…. This particular Groupon (labeled haircut and full highlight) was not all inclusive for fees associated with this service and the salon charged me an additional $20 for a toner. Critical: QualityI found this salon via Groupon.The staff were very nice and friendly and I liked the place, but my Brazilian blowout didn’t last. I washed my hair 3 days after, and used paraben/sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. But right after the first wash, my hair was as curly as before.
