Critical: ProfessionalismMy partner Had an appointment booked with Keith. Wanted a basic cut color and dry. He didn’t even try. He said “this is a stylists worst nightmare”. Extremely unprofessional and demeaning. Left because it was so embarrassing. We will never go back.I am unfortunately unable to reply to the owner’s response however this is my response to their rebuttal:East Street Salon no matter what context is used in… a client never wants to hear “this is a stylists nightmare”. Keith looked at me like i didn’t belong. He also said this is a stylist worst nightmare. He passed me on to a different stylist and said he can’t do my type of hair. I felt so embarrassed and just wanted to leave.I am unable to reply to the owner’s response this is my rebuttal.Hi, i understand if a stylist doesn’t do a certain type of work. However, the comment no matter what context was very hurtful. And there is no option for ombre when booking online. Kim was very nice but Keith was not great at all. He could have simply said he doesn’t know how to do that and not made negative comments. Hopefully you provide him this feedback.
