My first time here was good, but the second time was not so great. I gave two stars for the friendliness of staff, but the quality of my dip manicure the second time around was pretty bad. It’s super thick, uneven and now that it grew out it catches my hair with the uneven edges. It felt like the tech did not know what she was doing at all because she did not file down the unevenness or the edges. It looks terrible and is uncomfortable, but because I was traveling the next day I did not get a chance to go back to have this fixed, so $120 (inc pedi and tip) wasted. The owner saw how bad it was and didn’t say anything either. After this experience I’m not stepping a foot back there.

First—my issue is not with the artists. I received a pedicure and acrylics, and both women that did the services were very professional. My pedicure was standard, the polish looks great, no complaints. Then, I had acrylics. Black gel with gold leafing. I thought they looked great walking out of the shop, then, the next morning before leaving Nashville, I realized how much the gold leaves have either chipped or fallen out completely, leaving ridges in my nails. All I did was go to a wedding the night before, so I wasn’t doing any strenuous activities with my hands that could’ve caused damage to the nail. I’m from out of town and can’t come in to get them fixed, and I don’t typically like being the person to demand compensation, but it’s very upsetting that after paying $95, the only option was to come back in and have them redo it, or spend money elsewhere to have someone repair someone else’s work. If you’re local to Nashville, they might be a good option, but I also know other salons I would recommend first, even on the East side.

My nails have lasted almost a month without chipping. Ethan did my manicure with the gel extensions and created a beautiful design. I received so many compliments. Called before I came and was told a short set is $65. So I wasn’t expecting to pay a whole $35 extra for long. I paid $100 for this set. No design or anything and 2 crooked nails. Along with me being there for 3 HOURS. With an hour of waiting. My nails are normally $80 and that is with an actual design! NEVER COMING AGAIN Gel manicures
