Massage 10/10. Cindy listened to everything I wanted and did it. I only get medium pressure. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the pricing, and as many have already commented the face I got when I left a $25 tip for a 90 min massage. I think that’s a great tip. They asked me to pay up front which I don’t mind, but then I had to leave the tip in the beginning because I was using a CC. New Pricing as follows 60 min $60

I have been going here for years. Each time I get the same massage, a combo with hot stones ($40.00). And each time the front desk clerk asks me what kind of massage I want, which is the combo. This time the massage is totally different. She started with my back instead of my face/head. And she doesn’t soak my feet. It was still an hour massage. But when I went to pay they want to charge me $60.00 instead of $40.00. And I ask why it’s a combo massage and she didn’t soak my feet. And she claimed I pointed at the Swedish massage which is at the very top of the list. And then she asks me, “didn’t you tell her what you wanted”? Which I responded No, I didn’t because you as the clerk always communicate it to them. I paid the $60.00 plus the tip and they lost a good customer. I will never go back.

I have been coming here for several years. I always feel welcomed. I rate the massage experience from an 8-10 depending on the masseuse. Please note: The pricing structure here is less than a typical massage spa but therefore the tip expectation is higher. I always give $20/hour tip because the prices are very reasonable for the service received and they work very hard. Be respectful of their hard work and tip appropriately.

Critical: ProfessionalismGoing here for several months . Enjoyed Annie. However today I took my husband & the male masseuse was extremely upset that my husband gave him $20 for 2 hour massage . My husbands total price was $100. ($60 for a massage and $40 for foot massage) . The guy was irate, he didn’t thank my husband but “ swore at him”. I was appalled and further more the receptionist said “ we had to follow the tip pricing “ attached to this review. I told her that we are on a fixed income . So we just paid out $40 in tips & she replied the Massuese will only get $50 from the $100 for his hard work . I said maybe they need to increase their pay scale than demand we TIP MORE. . The tip guideline at East foot spa is based on dollar amount not percentage, it hurts those that are struggling and simply need to relax. I loved Annie & I’m unsure if I can return . Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityCoco truly is a gold mine. I go in there feeling groggy, agitated, depressed. She literally works out all of the kinks in my problem areas without me needing to tell her. She elbows and gets out all of where most of my tension is in my upper back and neck area, Continuously hitting the knots again and again. She deserves more than an average tip. She works hard and does a fantastic job. I slept great and woke up not stressed for the first time in a while. Sometimes you don’t realize how much tension truly is sitting in the body. She elbows and gets out all of where most of my tension is in my upper back and neck area, Continuously hitting the knots again and again. She deserves more than an average tip. I’m a massage therapist and I have to say this is one of the best massages I’ve had. Bryon was very good. Pressure was great. He checked in which I appreciated. He knew right away where my troubled areas were and focused on those rather than doing a normal routine massage like some places. I was feeling fabulous when I left. Bryon was awesome and will come back again. Thank you so much!

I am giving this place 2 stars only because the guy gave a good massage. First off the price on the wall said $30 for an hour foot massage, but the lady charged me $35, when I asked her why she’s charging me more she didn’t speak good English so I let it go. 2nd, I told her to leave $8 for a tip and then she said $10 and pointed to a sheet that listed preferred tips. It was crazy, so I tipped the $10 that was forced upon me and lastly the guy who gave me the message was standing behind my shoulder the whole time I was checking out. The lady should have honored the price posted.Its bad business, Very weird and innaproproate, the whole thing. I won’t be back.
