Critical: ProfessionalismI called to see if they were open during covid-19 Trying to get my mom an apt for Mother’s Day. I was expecting to get a voicemail and instead I got a lady who answered very rudely asking if I was calling a hair salon at 9 o’clock. I said yes and Told her I expected to leave a message but she was rude and said no.
