Worst treatment that I have have received at a salon. I made an appointment with Tess. She was extremely rude. Sent her pictures of my hair and the color I was trying to accomplish prior to appointment. When I came to the salon I explained how my old stylist colored my hair. She said that she could not highlight my hair without it turning brassy after a couple washes. I have had my hair highlighted hundreds of times without an issue. I left the salon without getting my color done.

Andi Deters has fixed other stylists’ muck ups for me not once, but twice. It can be so hard to find a stylist who knows how to do blonde hair when you move somewhere new. I was flying back home to get my hair done. I finally don’t have to do that anymore thanks to Andi and team. I truly appreciate the patience with me and my (sometimes) risky hair stylist selections! Safe to say I’ve finally found my new go to salon!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis place is so horrible. I was discriminated against 10/21/21 because I brought my son into the salon. I was not aware that there was a no child policy until I was in the salon. When I booked and when they confirmed and even the day prior no one made this aware to me. All of the employees were so rude and staring at my little baby as well as the hair stylist Elaine. She told me that she did not want my child to disturb the other clients. Who says that? It could’ve all been avoided by simply asking me to reschedule when she saw that my son was there she proceeded to tell me that everyone was giving her dirty looks and belittling me the entire 10 minutes I was in the chair until I could not take it anymore and took my child and paid and left. She still charged me for yanking my hair with the brush, leaving with wet hair and half of my hair not being cut. Lindsey at the front still asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for her LOL WHAT!!!!!Please avoid this place at all costs they’re not professional at all. I tried to reach out to the owner but she never responded to me- that is very telling.Service: HaircutThis place is so horrible. Critical: ProfessionalismThis is a review for both coffee dose and east eighteenth. This place seems like it’s poppin on social media, and they have a very nice vibe, decor, and not everyone is unfriendly. But wow the service I received is highly unprofessional. Maybe it’s because the coffee baristas and some hair stylists are very young? Not sure if that’s what it is.I came into coffee dose at 8 months pregnant on a very downpour rainy day. I was unaware that if you order coffee you are not able to sit on the couch. I politely told the barista my feet were swollen and I was very tired. I only came here because they have a drink that was my go-to in pregnancy. They told me I could go outside in the rain to sit or I could stand up and wait. Totally understand there are rules in place, I am still shocked though at the rudeness which was given by the coffee dose baristas. It’s a true shame as some baristas are very sweet and your drinks were some of my husband and I’s favorites. Then at a different time I went in to buy some hair products that came highly recommend by Manon who was absolutely so very sweet. But when I came in there was another stylist, I believe her name was Fran, who seemed extremely bothered to be interrupted. She had just sat her client down which I was trying to be respectful of so I sat down to wait thinking it would be 5-10 minutes. I wanted to support your shop! She looked over at me and hollered it would be 20 minutes until she could sell me a hair oil and shampoo so I left and bought them online instead. All this to say, I am bummed. I was hoping I had found my new fave salon and coffee shop and I really don’t want to support this space anymore after their very poor customer service.Services: Balayage, Hair coloring, HaircutThis is a review for both coffee dose and east eighteenth. Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could leave 0 stars I would. The owner Megan is RUDE AF along with her front receptionist Emily who hung up on me. I ordered a cup of coffee at Coffee Dose moved to the side so others could order. It was freezing and raining outside so I did not step out to wait. The owner then came put her hands on me to escort me out because she didn’t want me in there. She’s lucky I did not retaliate because I KNOW BETTER and I didn’t want to embarrass her or myself in front others. She then proceeded to be extremely rude to a couple waiting at the door by closing the doors in their face. I feel extremely bad that coffee dose customers have to experience this while stopping by their place. I called and left a message for Megan to call me back and apologize but apparently she’s too good for that and I never heard back. I strongly suggest if you’re looking to get your hair done you go elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The owner Megan is RUDE AF along with her front receptionist Emily who hung up on me. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWife has gone here once before. Called on a Sunday to schedule her an appointment the following 2 weeks. Left a voice mail with call back instructions. Ok, this review is for Tessa! She turned my hair from a brassy overgrown dark blonde to a beautiful soft blonde! Her prices are fair and there were no surprise charges. Thank you so much! I really love my hair! ❤️
