Being concerned it would flood our rental, we couldn’t possibly leave to make our massage appointment. We called to warn EarthTouch and our therapists, but only got the answering machine. It was an hour after our appointment that I finally received a call back. I understand the cancelation policy and was not expecting to receive my money back, but I was hoping they would work with me to reschedule for a different date, or maybe receive a gift voucher for at least one of the two massages.
