Critical: ProfessionalismExcellent hand services but poor business practices. Have tried to get a reopening date request or refund for the remainder of services (paid in advance for several) unfulfilled. One she uses COVID as an excuse despite all other massage places reopening ( along with increasing vac rate, falling death percentage) and the other refusing a refund.COVID made perfect sense, after all it is a new thing for many of us and can be fatal. I work a job that kept me in contact with others throughout some of the worst of it but can still see her business perspective. However after being given her BS reason (which can still be seen on her EarthTouch facebook page) photos surfaced of her partying and casually out mask-less while singing in a crowded club. Enough is enough.I do not care what her off hour activities are as that is her own time. However do not put on a front and claim one thing while lying through your teeth. Because of my salary I cannot afford to throw money away on people who do not abide to their end of the bargain as my chronic pain does not give me that option.TL:DR Good hands. Purchased a massage through groupon more than a week ago have been calling everyday to schedule an appointment (DURING LISTED BUSINESS HOURS) even left messages. No one ever answers the phone, no return call either. Had to go back to groupon to see if I can get a refund. Terrible! Smh

Do not buy the groupon for this “business”. They’re very unprofessional. I called for weeks trying to schedule an appointment with no answer. I finally called groupon to trade it in. I guess that upset the provider and she called to insult me and tell me she was contacting groupon. Sorry that you do not care about your clients!
