Jessica is a true expert and professional in the field. This was my first spa facial experience and she so graciously answered my many questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was most interested in her experience with African American skin and she took the time to detail her experience and explain how she approaches different skin types with different degrees of melanin. She is knowledgable, personable, and has dramatically improved my skin with her facials, peels, and skin care line. I struggle with patches of dry skin and cystic acne, and both have been focuses for my treatments and have worked wonders.I’ve included a before and after of one of the peels I got from Jessica. There is about a week between the photo on the left and the photo on the right. What an INCREDIBLE difference! Although the peel was slightly painful, Jessica walked me through the process and gave me a fan and a cool washcloth to help me through those ~45 seconds.Beyond the services themselves, Jessica is kind, timely, her space is super cute and clean, and I feel comfortable and relaxed every time I show up! I saw Jessica for a men’s facial treatment and she really helped me change the way I take care of my skin! She not only educated me on my skin in a way that made sense, she made me feel incredibly comfortable telling her all of my concerns and what I wanted help with. I have been going to Jessica for years for skin care, and even before that for massage therapy. She is amazing! Not only is she very skilled, knowledgeable and intuitive, but she truly cares about her clients and only wants to do what is best for them and their skin. The first time I went to her to get some help and advise for some problems I was having with my skin, she knew my skin type just by looking at me. I was kind of blown away! She uses and sells high quality products, and I love that they are all vegan, cruelty free and made from plants! I always know that I am putting high quality ingredients on my skin that will really benefit it. She will always suggest the best products for whatever needs or issues you are having, but she will never push products on you or make you feel like you have to buy them if you are unsure about them or maybe can’t afford them at the moment. She offers an array of facials and treatments as well, and can even customize them for you based on desired results. All this aside Jessica is really just a kind, caring, warm person, and you will never be disappointed if you go to her for any service or product!
