I’ve been using Eagle Pool and Spa for many years. They didn’t build my pool but I’ve been buying pool equipment and chemicals from them for 25 years. Free water testing to evaluate your chemical needs. Prices are reasonable and the staff is excellent! Very friendly & professional.

18 months ago we ordered a spa elsewhere. We were told it’d be in in four months. 12 months later wr gave up, took our money back ans tried somewhere else. Told two months at the most. Six months later we walked into Eagle Pool & Spa. Brian walked us through the stock. We came back the next week and put money down. Three weeks after that and the spa was delivered and set up by a great crew. Our first soak was glorious. We can’t say enough for the service from Eagle Pool & Spa. They met and far exceeded our expectationa.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWent into the store to purchase a filter pump system. Was advised via telephone what we needed to purchase & told they had them in the store. Got there, greeted by two teens with zero knowledge of pools & equipment, and a 20’something with much attitude. The worst part, no pump in stock as they dont sell them, only the cartridges. Eagle pool and spa sells above, partially submerged and in ground pools, hot tubs, chemicals, repair parts and tons of swimming accessories. The sales people are nice and helpful. If you walk out back, they have several pools on display, filled and operating. We ended up getting a great deal on a pool. Will let you know how it goes later once installed.

Sales was fine…..but no communication between Heather and the installer. Was told 4 days to complete. …took over a month! Two “crew” members would show up, have a smoke, and 1 actually took a nap in my yard! No work! It was a horrible experience. when I talked to the manager his excuse was how hard it is to find good workers. I would NOT recommend this company.
