I got a gel manicure and they fell off the NEXT DAY! he told me “ok, next time I do for free” he didn’t tell me I had a time limit AT ALL. so the next time I came in he told me it’s been too long. What difference does that make right? He did NOT keep his word. I shared how I felt about the situation and thanked him for his past service, bud him good day and I’ll NEVER see that place again!!!

NICE PEOPLE, VERY FRIENDLY, BUT THE WORK IS NOT GOOD!!! MY NAILS FELL OFF EVERY OTHER DAY AFTER GETTING THEM DONE. I GOT A FILL AFTER ONLY 7 DAYS AND THE VERY NEXT DAY A NAIL FELL OFF. THEY WERE WILLING TO FIX IT EVERY TIME AT NO CHARGE, BUT IT IS INCONVENIENT TO HAVE TO BE GOING BACK EVERY OTHER DAY. HE TOOK MY NAILS OFF ONLY 3 DAYS AFTER MY FILL AND REFUSED TO POLISH MY NAILS. AGAIN, THEY ARE VERY POLITE, BUT I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Horrible pedicure my toe polish had air bubbles and part of my toe nails didn’t even get painted. Also the guy was just too busy rushing around. I went home and added glitter polish to cover the air bubbles

The customer service is great. They greeted my Mom and I as soon as we walked in and were handed a water bottle. My French tip, full set was done in 30 minutes and is well shaped. My nails are thin and Look natural. This happy customer will definitely return.
