The service was on the slower end, but this is my preference because I didn’t feel rushed and the details were executed well. For example, I dislike it when the powder used for nail extension is not removed from under the nail. This was not the case for my appointment, instead the excess was removed. I came in for an acrylic fill. The entire process, beginning with the removal of my previous coat to adding on the new design was done well. The service was on the slower end, but this is my preference because I didn’t feel rushed and the details were executed well. I’ve gone here a few times and like that you can book you appointment in advance, get a confirmation of your appointment (with requested services) back from them, and also that it’s clean. Today, will be my last day here. I had a 9:30am waxing appointment, which was confirmed about a week in advance. When a customer comes in for their appointment promptly at 9:30am, they shouldn’t have to then wait for the technician to have to heat up the wax first…..turns out it was not my technician because she was late for work and shows up into the room still on her cellphone talking to someone in a foreign language for several minutes while I’ve been laying there on the table on my Saturday morning. After having explained to the first technician what NOT to wax, and then repeating it to the second technician again, the wax slathered right over what I spent 5 weeks trying to grow out…..After leaving this place in horror, I realized that I left my favorite hat there at the front desk. Not 5 minutes away, I called Eagle Nail and gave them a desperate inquiry about it. I got the bald gentleman on the phone. He was of no help and told me to “check your car, check your car.” I just knew I left my hat there. Surely nothing could’ve happened to it that quickly…..oh well. I was so disappointed but about 9 hours later, my husband had to go to Times Market next door, so he stopped into Eagle Nail to see if he could find out what happened to my hat. Guess what? It was sitting right at the front desk. Good for me but poor customer service. And if you guys are keeping track of all of us in your system- you should know that I’m an extremely good customer. Bye bye.

Convenient location right next to times. They let me walk in pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable. Good service. They had interesting nail color options like mood changing colors (what I got). This will be my new go-to. They are also offering 20% until Dec 31 since they just opened

My hands and feet were in need of some serious attention. I called @ 9:30 and was able to be seen @ 9:45 on Presidents Day. Guess I had good timing as their Salon got even busier while I sat in their Spa Chair. I had Brian as my Nail Tech and I was more than happy with my experience. I have been to just about every Nail Salon in Kaneohe and this has been the best experience for me so far. I will be going back a 2nd time.
