I’m from out of town, and Eagle Nails will be my go to next time I’m back in Park City. I called around 11:30 am and they had no issue fitting me in at 1 pm for an acrylic refill. They took me 5 minutes early, and my nail technician was very detailed and careful. I had broken a nail pretty badly a few days ago that had just healed- and he made sure to take extra caution. The staff were polite, the salon was clean, I can see why they are so popular!

Ken did my pedicure, it was fabulous . I could relax and enjoy the massage chair. He and the gentleman ( didn’t get his name) simultaneously did my gel manicure. Critical: QualityI went in and got a pedicure and acrylics and was not happy at all with what i paid almost $100 for when it came to the acrylics. The nails themselves were crooked, different length and completely different on each hand. I asked for a simple nail and even had a photo reference. I went along with another friend who also had acrylics and what seemed like a more complex design and she was still done before i was. The employee who started my nails didnt seem to know what he was doing giving the fact that a different employee had to put the acrylic on them and eventually a DIFFERENT employee FINISHED them .Our appointment was at 4, while one of the last layers of gel dried on the nails all the employees were putting on their jackets to close and i had an employee on each hand and even then the nails came out horrendous. Amy did such a good job on my manicure. Went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked perfect. The only reason I didn’t give a 5th star is because it was the end of the day and outside of Amy, all 4 staff members were on their phones blasting videos and just staring at us to be done so they could leave….very awkward. Do not go here! Ive been coming to PC for 17 years and its very hard to find a good nail salon. We decided to try Eagle this week and it was not a good experience. We had appts. Arrived and were barely acknowledged. Could not communicate well enough to understand which polishes were dip, gel or regular – it was almost comical spending 10 minutes trying to figure that out, but it wasn’t. They were not friendly and it was an uncomfortable hour. A woman who had arrived just before us ended up cutting her own toenails to the short length she requested and then left after her pedi and canceled her mani b/c she was so unhappy with the service.

This was my first pedicure experience ever but it was delightful. The 10 minutes of hot stone and oil massage was accurate and thorough. Lots of lotions and oils even though I don’t know what they all do. Hot towel was big and hot and nice. Massaging chairs put the icing on top.
