Sadly, this is not a properly. I don’t think the person who saw me was licensed. I did sit patiently after my nails were buffed. The person left and never came back. I sat for 40 minutes. There were only three people in the salon….including me. The other guest was on her cell on speaker phone talking about things no one should hear. I knew this wasn’t like any salon I’ve been to (plus, overpriced). I got a LOT of attitude, no apology. Paid $15 for nail buffing and figured I would be better off somewhere else. I don’t like to complain but I do believe this business needs to know what is going on. Maybe the owner is unaware why they are losing business. Hoping they can improve upon customer service.

Had a bad experience on 2/2. It was around 2:30 pm and not busy. I was seated within 10 minutes (that is good) but that is the only good part. I knew they were a little overpriced on everything from waxing to nail services, but I thought maybe I’d get above par service. I did not. In fact – I did not get the services I came there for. They sat me and buffed me out and then left. Almost 45 minutes later I”m still sitting there wondering why in the world someone is not attending to me. If it were a weekend or in the evening during busy hours I would definitely understand. I gave up and just paid for the nail buffing/removal (overpriced at $15). The real reason I am here to post is because the customer service was very poor. Instead of an apology or offer to make things right, I was given a LOT of attitude. Clearly, I offended someone but I was not rude at all. I was very polite. Maybe it was a one-off and they are better on other days? I just know it wasn’t for me and by reading other reviews I am not alone.

Critical: QualityI got my nails done on Thursday September 2nd and on Sunday September 5th, four nails fell off. I paid $52 plus an $8 tip for 4 nails to fall off less than a week later!! Also the dry machine was broken and wouldn’t turn on, he kept telling me “move closer , push your hand back more into it” my hand was ALL the way in the machine and my nails kept hitting the back of it, he would get mad at me. So it was pretty frustrating, like the machine from 1990s not turning on was my fault. 10/10 DO NOTrecommend. I can’t really say I used their services. I lept after sitting in the chair 2 mins. The person that was providing services acted like she couldn’t hear or didn’t speak English. I had to call for assistance. She proceeded to cut my nails down after I asked her not to, then said, let someone else service me and pointed across the street. Instead of doing what the customer ask she wants to do it her way. Then get an attitude and walked off. After complaining on social media, I was told that this is the normal for the salon. Why is this place still in business. They are rude, unprofessional and has no respect for their customers. I can’t believe people actually spend their hard earn money at a salon that obviously have no respect for Americans.
