Just literally got my nails done a day ago and the tip of the gel paint is chipping. I got a full set with tips. I also noticed that one nail is crooked and another has lumps on the nail bed. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called ahead of time for 3 spots 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. We get there and there’s only two people working and they are both busy and this is the second time it has happened. Sothey are short staffed and then make you feel like you have to accommodate them and wait and rushed the work they did and charge full price. The day after my natural nail gel manicure my nails began to break after months of not breaking and growing strong and long are now below the tip because they started chipping from the middle of the nail which can cause bad pain. I got my Dip nails repaired here free of charge this visit. I only get them on my natural nails. This lady did a great job, even though 2 nails chipped a little at the tip, and 1 came off about 3 days short of two weeks, but for my nails this was a long time. I’ve had other Dip nails at other salons that loss a nail that day or the next, so for them to last that long I know she heard my advice and did her best to prevent this. I’ve been nails are too smooth, thus they must be buffed sufficiently to prevent them from coming straight off. There is only one man and one woman servicer currently. I will return.

I have gone here for a number of years, as well as surrounding nails shops. This is the one I go back to, they always do a nice job. They work as a team, so no there is not 5 workers. But it is worth the wait or do like I do and just make an appointment.

Got a manicure (gel) and pedicure the next week nails breaking called and the owner going to tell me your nails will bend and break, you need to put on tips. Sir when you put on gel over lay your nails shouldn’t break, now im walking around with super glue on my nails until i can find another nail shop. New to this area. i dont want to wear tips. Worst service ever. Never again

really bad service, they were rude. pointing & laughing at customers when they weren’t looking . i was getting acrylics and they should start by asking you how long u want them, the lady didn’t even ask me and just started doing my nails. the nails were too short for my liking. i want my money back!
