The is possibly the worst place to go to get your nails done in Hartford. I waited 2 hours for services, and when I refused to pay 45$ on this horrible design, they made me pay 40 still! Don’t reccomend coming here at all!!

Not going back. Second time I was there getting services and while they are doing one thing in the middle of doing it they say to come back for the second service. If you need nails done come back for toes. Or eyebrows.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!! I just left and I literally want to cry. I waited for an hour and people who came after me were being taken first. I asked for marble on two nails and got cracked polish on one, because “it would be the same thing”. All my fingers were cut. I asked for coffin shape and one of my nails looks like the oval shape. I asked for it to be fixed and I was told that’s how it’s suppose to be. Got my eyebrows done and that’s the only good thing I got out of it. Spent $49 + $4 in tax then to be told my receipt didn’t print just there’s and that they were sorry.

I walked in at 10:05 a.m to get a pedicure (regular polish) refill (gel polish). I was taken right away to start my pedicure, no wait. Overall the woman spent 3 hours max on my nails. Never have took so long to do my nails. Not even an hour. She was so slow. I watched a movie that was an 1hr30mins. Finally 12:01 p.m, my nails were done and it was disappointing especially for the time and money I spent. My first and last time here. I’ve went other places that were cheaper for the same work and nails were done alot better. I was very dissatisfied. I am not a customer for confrontation. So I paid my price and still tipped. But definitely went back for my money worth!! (And another 3 hours to wait for a fix) Ridiculous. Worst place I’ve been.
