Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst and last time at this salon, older lady did my pedicure. I also wanted a manicure but after she did my feet I changed my mind. I was asked if I liked my pedicure by the owner and I said NO, and was still rushed out the door because it was closing time ( got there at 5:50pm shop close at 7:30). First and last time at this salon, older lady did my pedicure. I also wanted a manicure but after she did my feet I changed my mind. I was asked if I liked my pedicure by the owner and I said NO, and was still rushed out the door because it was closing time ( got there at 5:50pm shop close at 7:30). Critical: Professionalism, QualityI decided to get a acrylic refill with gel and gel pedicure her Saturday 1/15/22 because it was close by from where I left BIG mistake! I got there at 3:30 asked about getting my services done and the guy said ok but I had to wait because he had an appointment coming I said I’d wait it’s no problem. 1 1/2 hrs later I started getting my pedicure and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. The lady was rushing and barely exfoliated my feet she didn’t cut my cuticles and then proceeded to do a horrible polish job it was on my skin and foot! I then asked the guy could he do my nail and he said no we close at 6 like what???? I specifically asked him could I get a pedicure and refill to which he said yes to at 3.30 when I arrived!!! I was so upset I didn’t even let her finish and I said I’m not paying and you wasted my time! If you couldn’t do what I asked you should have told me in the beginning so I could have got serviced somewhere else! I decided to get a acrylic refill with gel and gel pedicure her Saturday 1/15/22 because it was close by from where I left BIG mistake! I got there at 3:30 asked about getting my services done and the guy said ok but I had to wait because he had an appointment coming I said I’d wait it’s no problem. 1 1/2 hrs later I started getting my pedicure and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. The female technicians is very unprofessional, she talks loudly on her cell phone while doing your services.She doesn’t ask you if you are okay or if you like what your getting. She puts your hands and feet in uncomfortable positions in order to polish them. They need to get her out and put someone else in! She doesn’t get any tips from me and I refuse to let her work on me ever again! She digs her nails into your hands when she’s doing tem. As we speak I use to like this location. The two men technicians are great. The female technicians is very unprofessional, she talks loudly on her cell phone while doing your services.She doesn’t ask you if you are okay or if you like what your getting. She puts your hands and feet in uncomfortable positions in order to polish them. They need to get her out and put someone else in! She doesn’t get any tips from me and I refuse to let her work on me ever again! She digs her nails into your hands when she’s doing tem. I was going to slap her!

My sister took me with her to Eagles Nail salon for a pedicure and I’ve been hooked ever since. Kevin, Nikki and Joe are awesome. Great conversation and immaculate service.
