You get two stars because every time I have come in your operation it’s not that busy, yet you turn me away as if you can’t make time to do my nails the entire day. That’s why I put that customers must need to make appointments! And even with that being said if you are full at that time a customer walks in maybe you should offer them to come back or schedule an appointment then. Was not saying your work is bad, however your comment just now was Very Unprofessional!
