I have been coming here since they first opened. Anna is awesome and super sweet! Every time I go in everyone is super friendly and amazing. It is hard for me to make appointments with my busy schedule and yet every time I walk in they have always accommodated me and have done an amazing job. I have had them do numerous things from dying my hair to have highlights, a ombré, red, baylage, and just for touch up and a hair cut they have always been fantastic

I did some research and really wanted to try this place out because it had good reviews. However, you can tell a lot about a place as soon as you walk in. I was told the wait time was “approximately one hour.” I was willing to wait for a good haircut. As I sat there waiting I heard one of the customers remark about how now that they were getting people in they would have to hurry. The male stylist made a snide remark about how he would take his time and continued to blow dry the woman’s hair. (He had started blow drying when I got there). True to his word, an hour later he had barely finished drying and was taking his time to curl her hair. When asked, he said he’d be about another fifteen minutes. I ended up leaving, and in the end his lack of professionalism cost him a haircut, a good review, and a generous tip. Maybe next time he can actually focus on working instead of giving his workplace a bad image in regards to customer service.
