This was my go-to hair salon until today. I’m never one to play the race card but one of the ladies there was OBVIOUSLY being prejudice/rude to all the Hispanic/Latino customers. My little sister showed her a haircut and she just rolled her eyes, scuffed at her and told her to move to the other ladies chair. (It ended up looking very similar to a little girls hair she had JUST cut). She was rude to other Latinos there too. I assume it was “Crystal” who ended up cutting my sisters hair and she did a good job but the whole experience was very off-putting.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe haircut was good, though they cut it wrong for my gender. I’m a man, but they gave me a woman’s cut. They also called me ma’am on the way out, and that’s when I fully realized that the cut was wrong. Secondly, while I was there, the staff was ridiculing a child who cut her own hair. Sure, it may have not been good, but all kids have the impulse to. The kid was scared out of her mind, if I could tell by the way she didn’t speak a word the entire time I was there. I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you go here, make sure to specify what type of hair cut you want.
