I showed the stylist twice the picture of the haircut that I wanted. She took forever to cut my hair. During the blow drying process, she burnt me. I had to tell her to stop blowing drying my hair. When I saw the end results, she jacked up my hair. I didn’t get nearly the haircut I wanted. I was so upset! I told her that she should have told me that she could not cut my hair per the picture. Never have I walked out of a hair salon so upset with the end results. Worse haircut I’ve ever had! Her station is the second station to the right when you enter the business.

If your not Mexican dont go here they over change you just to wash and straighten your hair,I went there di do that and the lady didnt even comb the hair just after loosening and she just started washing, she washed the hair good to be honest but after the hair was all tangled up she said she couldn’t do it,tell me who washes hair without combing it natural hair for that matter and she still charged me $25 with my deeply tangled hair and my sister also did hers for $55 ,that same day,I called the next day telling her I managed to detangle all the nots,if you have natural hair trust you will know how much that hurts I had to take advil thinking she will charge me maybe like $30 since I already did the wash yesterday she charged me another 55$,fir what? I cried cause I was managing my self with my two kids thinking if how to get stuff for them for Christmas and she want me to pay 80$just to wash and straighten white does that, in this season if Christmas. People should have a heart, nsjibg a dollar is not easy.i took my time to write this cause am so hurt wanted to give my son a hair cut there but nahhhhh!never ever going here again. If your not Mexican or Hispanic STAY AWAY.
